​​​​​About the role 

Support the team in managing a portfolio by enabling them to provide a consultative, value added approach to deliver objectives in all aspects of Sales and Aftersales.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Analysing and delivering on performance reporting against KPI’s
  • Identify gaps and get involved with action plans to address performance in sales and aftersales
  • Preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly regional reporting on sales and aftersales performance

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar (highly regarded)
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through the ability to persuasively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to conduct root cause analysis
