Job description
This globally recognised FMCG company is currently at the forefront of their market and have continued to grow from strength to strength. With several recent client wins combined with new implementations and projects, the need for a SAP BA has emerged to join their highly experienced and professional team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in gathering requirements and analysis using Agile techniques. You will have a versatile skillset with strong BA skills as well as having a background working on projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
- Facilitation of workshops including requirements gathering sessions
- Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
- Showcase the products to project stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions with stakeholders and end users
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
- Promote the best practice use of Agile techniques
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Perform other duties as directed
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on multiple SAP projects with a background with EDI
- Senior level stakeholder engagement skills working with Functional SAP consultants
- FMCG sector is highly regarded
