About the company
My client is a leading financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD. They are currently recruiting for a Technical Lead to join their development team on a permanent basis.
About the role
As Technical Lead you will not be a hands on developer. You be required to lead a team of 8 developers where you will be creating roadmaps & strategy, conducting code reviews. implementing new technologies and communicating with stakeholders throughout the business.
About you
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Java
- CI/CD
- Conducting code reviews
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
