2 of the standout providers of NSW Workers Compensation insurance in recent times are seeking well-seasoned Workers Compensation professionals to help strengthen their Technical Support Claims Functions. This offers vacancies across Case Management level to Technical Leaders.
Aware I am crossing over with two companies in one advert, so I won’t draft two company overviews but will articulate in detail on the phone more about the two businesses.

Technical Team Leader
The successful candidate will be someone who has technical Workers Compensation knowledge and specifically experience in current legislation practice. A Technical Leader requires both strong leadership and strong technical workers compensation skills and is a leader of leaders. Someone who plays a key role in influencing culture and values within the team so you should be able to demonstrate having the ability and knowledge to address the values and culture within a team.
The main focus in sourcing the successful candidate for this role will be coaching and mentoring skills. You will be required to coach new case managers or CA’s in the new model. You should able to demonstrate your coaching style and how you can adapt your style in the interviews whilst also showcasing your legislation and complex case handling capabilities.
As a Case Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims from end-to-end management whilst adhering to internal compliance, legislation and guidelines. You will have exposure to experienced professionals and top educational training. For less experienced applicants this is a real good chance to better develop your skill set whilst for those with a well-seasoned background this is a great chance to diversify your competencies.
