Our client is a national law firm that prides themselves on being a full-service firm with offices across the country. They enjoy a strong client base across multiple areas of law including Technology Law,
About the role
Work closely under the guidance of a Partner who has accumulated a strong client base over years at Top Tier practices.
In this role you will work on assisting in transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and procurement.
The client base in this role will include domestic and international clients across telecommunications, retails, financial services, start-ups and many more.
Ideally you will possess
- At least 3 years post admission experience in TMT
- Strong experience in transactional IT matters
- An enthusiasm for client care and building and maintaining relationships
- An ambition to progress your career within this area of law.
