Job description
A leading NSW Government entity is looking for a Technology Training Specialist to design and deliver training content for a learning program. Responsible got training and supporting staff for a smooth transition to a new integrated systems platform.
About the role:
- Provide/procure content for the training materials
- Created modular training deliverables
- Design and publish training materials to ensure they provide adequate support for users
- Deliver and facilitate training sessions and provide on the floor assistance to staff
- Report on course progress and outcomes to support and effective transformation
About you:
- Experience in developing systems training material
- Facilitation experience
- Experience in workers compensation
