Job description
- A minimum of 5 years General Insurance product/portfolio management, underwiring experience and at least 3 years in the Travel sector.
- Proven success driving performance for results and performance culture.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory regimes and changes, compliance and legislation covering insurance.
- Identify and analyse existing or emerging risks as well as opportunities for improvements and automation and work.
- Experience setting up, managing and supervising Underwriting processes, ensuring adherence to Underwriting guidelines, policy and procedures.
- Ability to be a representative of the Leadership team, demonstrating your capacity to self-manage and influence those around you
