Working within a property firm, you will experience a fast paced, friendly and hard working team.  As the Admin Assistant you will be supporting a vibrant team of 8 as well as occasional support to the Executive Assistant.  

Duties to include:  

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required 
  • Dealing with email enquiries 
  • Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.) 
  • General office management such as ordering stationary 
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers 
  • Arranging both internal and external events 
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts 
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management 

Requirements for the role: 

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 

This is a 3 month temporary position that could be extended. The role is being offered on a full time basis starting immediately based in the CBD.
