Job description
The role:
To provide general administration in a team environment within the Government Sector. Duties may include but not be limited to;
- Handling enquiries
- Email correspondence
- Creating documentation and reports
- Scanning and filing
- Provide assistance and support to Council staff with regards to the use of electronic record keeping functions (TRIM and Record Management)
- Distribute mail to all areas of the council
- Provide additional administrative support to the Council as required.
Essential:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy work load
- Experience of working within a similar environment
This is a full time role with working hours of 9:00am-5:30pm for a 3 month contract with the possibility of being extended.
