A NSW Government Department is seeking an Admin Assistant for offices in the CBD. The role is recruited on a temporary basis for an ongoing period of time.

Primary Purpose:

To provide a range of Administrative and Clerical services to their assigned team.

Duties:

  • Customer Service and Front of House
  • TRIM Administration
  • Answering phone enquiries
  • Finance admin using SAP
  • Scanning, photo copying and filing
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Any ad hoc administration duties Compilation of information
  • Word processing and other keyboard support  

Selection Criteria: 

  • Experience using TRIM and SAP
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to use computers and technology well (i.e scanning machine, printers etc)
  • Willing to take on ad hoc tasks as required
  • Previous government experience
