Job description

We are looking for a young ambitious candidate who has the ability to support a fast-paced agile team on a 3 month basis. Our client needs people today!! So you must be immediately available and ready to start your new role!

THE ROLE:
  • Liaising with senior members for the NSW Government
  • Supporting the team with extensive Diary Management
  • Administration support (including filing, mail receipt)
  • Switchboard and reception duties when required
  • Liaising with stakeholders and members of the public
  • Assisting with producing regular reports for the team
  • Provide initial customer service, answering general queries and referring issues to the appropriate staff member
  • Records Management using TRIM
  • Any Adhoc Administration tasks
ESSENTIAL:
  • Prior experience in Government Sector is preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrator
  • Experience using TRIM
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in reporting would be ideal
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload
