Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator for a contract role within the Government Sector.  Duties within the role will include:
 
The Role:

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services, including data entry, record management, routine correspondence via email and telephone
  • Collect and compile information
  • Prepare documentation
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information and quality customer service 
  • Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible

Essentials: 

  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating reporting
  • Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
  • Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Previous experience in working in a similar regulatory environment  

Systems experience:
Experience in using SAP and TRIM would be advantageous but not essential
