Job description

THE ROLE:
The Admin Support Officer role forms part of a team that provide services, policy, advice and programs within the department and is accountable for delivering accurate, timely and reliable processing and customer support.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Entering invoiced using SAP
  • General Adhoc support (including filing, mail receipt)
  • creating and compiling documents to support the team
  • Provide initial customer service, answering general queries and referring issues to the appropriate staff member
  • Compile information to support the development of documentation and reports. 
  • Records Management and Data Entry using TRIM

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience and knowledge using SAP and TRIM
  • Prior recent experience in support a Government Department in a similar role
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Experience
  • Tech Savvy
  • Excellent Organisational and Prioritisation skills
