Job description

An amazing opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an award-winning Property Firm based in Docklands. Fantastic team and company culture with great transport links to CBD and outer suburbs.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling, coordinating and monitoring appointments for managers
  • Making hotel and travel reservations on the instructions of managers
  • Processing and recording business information and appointments in an effective manner
  • Selecting internal and external mail for managers
  • Organise and scheduling meetings and events, coordinate with other Administrative team members
  • Plan meetings and prepare detailed agenda and minutes
  • Maintain document filing system
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations
  • Ad hoc duties as required

To be successful you must have at least two years previous administrative experience and have at least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office package. Candidates with previous experience in the Property sector will be highly regarded. Please apply now, or contact Natasha on
