Job description
AI Delivery Lead | Financial ServicesI'm currently working on a newly created opportunity for a Finance AI Delivery Lead within a large financial services organisation.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll be responsible for turning a Finance AI strategy into practical, scalable solutions that improve day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with Finance, Technology and Data teams to identify process pain points and deliver AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions from concept through to production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering end-to-end AI and automation initiatives across Finance.
- Designing and implementing scalable, AI-enabled workflows and process improvements.
- Building and maintaining AI agents and automations using the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Partnering with Technology, Data and Analytics teams on more complex solutions.
- Embedding governance, controls and auditability into all solutions.
- Supporting the ongoing development of the organisation's Finance AI capability and operating model.
- Proven experience delivering automation or AI-driven solutions end to end.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes such as reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, AP/AR or similar functions.
- Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx or comparable technologies.
- Experience building AI solutions, ideally within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive adoption and influence senior leaders.
- A genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application within business environments.
