We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products and services. This role will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive AI initiatives from concept through to implementation and ongoing enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AI product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Lead end-to-end AI product delivery, including design, build, testing, deployment, and optimisation.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities.
- Develop business cases and track product adoption, performance, and benefits realisation.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, privacy, risk, and data management requirements.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and align business outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee delivery of AI platform capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to expand AI use cases and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital, data, or AI-related products.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, governance, risk, and data management practices.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
