Listed Construction Business looking for a Asset administrator for an initial period of 5 months with possibility to extend. Role has come about due to an extended workload and to assist the team effectively.
About the role:
- Accounts receivable and processing purchase orders in oracle.
- Filing- general admin.
- Data entry in business systems.
- Mailing, filing, reports.
- Help fix server and file structure, clean up etc.
The ideal candidate
- Background in financial accounting systems.
- Good customer service and experience.
- Good MS Suite skills.
- Attention to detail is very important.
