Job description

Established Australian company is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accountant or Accounts Officer (approx 2 years working in a similar role). You will be responsible for transactional accounting duties & supporting the finance team.
This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis, Sydney CBD based (office based), salary circa $70,000 + super.
Xero accounting software experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously.
Key Duties:
- Data entry and bank feed maintenance
- Bank Reconciliations
- Loan Reconciliations
- Maintain Receivable and Payables ledger
- Managing all accounts related enquiries
- Assisting with month end processes
