Job description

The Role:
Seeking an experienced HR Officer to assist with the coordination, delivery and Administration of the HR resource services.

Key accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support in relations to the recruitment of staff within the HR Team
  • Prepare and process reports and correspondence in relation to human resource related issues
  • Provide support and guidance on HR related issues to existing staff and management teams
  • Process applications for staff absence/leave

Key skills

  • Gather and process business information with accuracy and confidentiality and be able to work confidently in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of administrative systems to ensure that business systems operate effectively within the HR Team

Essentials: 

  • To be considered for this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Human Resources
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
  • Highly organised, appropriate time management skills
  • Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities
