With busy times ahead, our client is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the Bid/tender Director and the team with the overall management and production of bids/tenders.  This involves coordinating data and information from a variety of sources to produce the document.  You will arrange team meetings, manage purchasing and payment processes for the team as well as expense reconciliation.
 
To ensure your success you will have strong experience providing admin support to a busy team with some exposure to working with complex information to compile documents such as contracts and tenders.  Your strong skills in MS word and Excel coupled with your ability to work under pressure to deadlines will set you apart. Indesign and Visio skills highly desirable.
