Bookkeeper
- $65-75k inc super

- Specialist accounting firm in Southside Brisbane
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full time Bookkeeper to join a growing accounting firm based in Mount Gravatt
You will be involved directly with and work with a vast range of clients ranging from transport, hospitality, medical and manufacturing with a particular focus and specialism on clients in the Property sector.
Their clients have interesting and broad structures including companies, partnerships, trusts, superannuation funds and individuals.
The role will include:
- Reconciling client accounting transactions
- Payroll preparation, STP, Superannuation.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- BAS and IAS preparation
- Setup of accounting solutions for clients such as Xero, MYOB, Deputy, etc as well as training and support to clients and/or their staff
- Liaising with the ATO on client's BAS, IAS or payroll matters
- Working with Partners and other team members within the firm to provide clients with the best support and outcomes.
About you:
- 3 - 5 years' bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Majority of experience being within an accounting or bookkeeping firm
- Experience using MYOB and Xero is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mandarin language skills would be a big advantage, but not essential
