This ASX listed company has seen a sustained period of growth over the past couple of years.  With several exciting programs now in the place, the need for an experienced Business Advisor has come about to join their professional and growing team.  In this role you will play a pivotal part working side by side with the UX designers.  You will have excellent technical knowledge and be a key point of contact working with key stakeholders. A background with Salesforce / SharePoint would be highly beneficial.

Working side by side with the UX Designers, this position is responsible for providing advice and support on how to manage and share information effectively, develop solutions, provide training and support as well as guidance on policies for managing, storing and sharing content and continuous improvement of the tools, policies, standards and structure to ensure we meet business needs and growth. 

The role will help maximise the value of the content management system as a strategic tool, prepare and distribute creative communication, training, solutions and be responsible for the ongoing improvement in content and collaboration related objectives. 
 
Responsibilities will include:
 
Business Support:

  • Build and maintain deep business understanding, to ensure any document or collaboration solutions contribute to the organisation’s overall goals 
  • Provide ongoing support, training and advice to business users 
  • Act as the first point of contact for content management queries and enhancements 
  • Develop simple document management solutions for the business that comply with policies and procedures. 
  • Monitor business activity, establish effective benchmarks for measuring the success of the system and work with the business to define objectives to increase uptake 

Solution Knowledge and Delivery:

  • Manage the delivery process on behalf of business user, including testing for complex solutions and liaising with other internal business partners (IT) 
  • Build knowledge and awareness of best practices and prevailing developments in information technologies, standards and requirements, and apply these to promote continuous improvement. 
  • Build understanding of the organisation’s technology offerings and being aware of the potential impact of any new technologies. 
  • Analyse site information, including usage trends and statistics, undertake usability reviews and work with internal experts to recommend aligned improvements. 
  • Assist in the development of procedures, policies and other strategic documents for enhancing and improving our tools 

Project Management:

  • Gather and refine business requirements 
  • Assist in developing systems and processes to ensure there is effective ways to plan for deliverables 
  • Manage business user’s expectations and track deliverables through the workflow 
  • Plan and execute projects through to completion within agreed service levels, taking responsibility for outcomes and demonstrating pride in work

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as an ambassador for the wider myHUB team, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

Communication:

  • Assist in the development of content – including tutorials, user guides, blogs, reports and presentations 
  • Deliver training, both group and one-on-one, and provide advice and operational support to the business

To be successful for this position you will need to display:

  • Proven Business Advisor experience working with UX teams
  • Excellent Business Focused Stakeholder engagement background
  • Social, outgoing personality that works well in team environments
  • Experience working with SharePoint / Salesforce highly desirable
