About the Company  

This well establish consultancy are currently looking for multiple Business Analysts to work on a new and exciting project. You will work closely with their delivery teams and collaborate on specifications based on business stakeholder requirements, validate the requirements, and ensure all processes are followed. Their salesforce platform is a key in their company strategy, working on a new project, so they are looking for individuals who are focused on improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. You will have hands on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflows, flows, validation rules, and security controls with a proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

• Analyse business rules & process with the business stakeholders to refine requirements and make recommendations
• Write requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of technical solutions
• Provide innovative and creative solutions to meet requirements including design and configuration
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
• Be responsible for the management of all Asia Pacific user stories to ensure they are delivered based on business prioritization
• Participate in UAT, developing test scenarios, bug reporting and issue investigation
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice design and implementation of the Salesforce system

About You:

• A minimum of 4+ years’ Salesforce experience
• A minimum of 1+ years Salesforce BA experience
• In-depth experience soliciting, gathering, and analysing user input and requirements
• Proficient in documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
