Job description

  • Permanent, full time opportunity
  • Offices based at in Sydney CBD, hybrid working
  • Up to $120k plus super plus commission
Drive new revenue through outbound sales, inbound conversion and end-to-end deal management for a B2B SaaS business.
  
About the role:
  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, as well as convert inbound leads from marketing into qualified sales opportunities
  • Ensure a pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Manage end customers directly
  • Lead structured, customer-facing discovery conversations to understand customer needs, priorities and desired outcomes
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records to ensure reliable weekly and monthly forecasting
  • Directly reporting to the CEO with close access to the leadership team, enabling regular collaboration and guidance as needed
  
About you:
  • Proven B2B new business sales experience, owning deals end-to-end
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 / SharePoint ecosystem is highly desirable
  • Commercially astute, outcomes-focused with strong outbound prospecting and hunting capability
  • A self-starter, performance-driven and process-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong ability to be confident in a customer facing role
