The role
The firm are looking for someone to step into a Business Services Manager role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality client portfolio including: Government Councils, Private, listed and unlisted companies, Clients ranging from $5m–$300m in turnover
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 6 - training, delegating and reviewing work of junior staff
- Managing an existing client portfolio
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants
- Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality client delivery
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Being an integral part of the firms growth strategy
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Minimum 5+ years experience within Australian public practice
- Experience managing and developing a team of Accountants
- Strong leadership and team development capability
