Do you have a finance background? Excellent Customer Service Experience? We are looking for call centre operators now! 

A prominent government client is looking for excellent call centre operators or candidates with customer service backgrounds to join for a 6-month contract based in Parramatta.

THE ROLE:

  • Deliver high level of customer service to SAP Finance users within the department
  • Resolve issues and problem solve when required
  • Escalate issues when required
  • Ability to understand client needs and empathise when needed

Hours of work:
Shift rosters will be 8 hrs between 6am-7.30pm. candidates need to be open to 6am-7.30pm Non-Negotiable 8 hr shifts.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven excellent customer service
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion in the performance of all duties
    • Identify, refer and assign non-standard and more complex inquiries to a Centre of Expertise for action and resolution.
    • Knowledge or experience in dealing with SAP is ideal but not critical
    • Prior experience within the government sector would be ideal
