Job description

Working within an open-plan office, your contribution as the Candidate Manager / Resourcer will be valued immensely and will see you perform duties that will include:
  • Interviewing of various candidates
  • Formatting of candidate resumes
  • Database administration
  • Reference Checking
  • Ad writing
  • Ensuring compliance of Contractors regarding WHS
  • Proactively sourcing candidates via linked in etc.
  • Plus a variety of other tasks
LOOKING FOR:
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an administrator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • possess a strong client focus and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional attention to detail and initiative
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Recruitment experience would be highly regarded, but we would consider candidates looking to move into the sector. 
  • Lastly, it is important that you have a great sense of humour!
