About the role
We've partnered with a forward-thinking organisation on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Change Manager to join their growing team!
This is your chance to step into a dynamic change function that operates both at the heart of individual projects and shapes strategy across the whole organisation. You'll lead change across exciting initiatives spanning supply chain, commercial, finance, and more, all contributing to a major process and product unification program.
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you'll own end-to-end change delivery, partnering closely with a dedicated Project Manager and collaborating across cross-functional teams. You'll also play a meaningful role in championing change capability and helping build towards a true centre of excellence.
If you thrive on stakeholder engagement, love bringing people on a journey and know how to drive adoption while keeping business disruption to a minimum, we'd love to hear from you!
Change Management Map impacted stakeholder groups, partner with SMEs to understand change impacts, and develop tailored plans that minimise disruption and drive adoption. Collaborate with the Senior Change Manager to stay ahead of risks, assess end-user readiness throughout the project lifecycle, and work with Comms to bring communication plans to life. Keep change delivery consistent across the portfolio and provide meaningful feedback to project teams.
Leadership Show up with energy in team meetings, coach senior leaders and managers on change practices, and partner with Training to deliver a change strategy that sticks, with minimal disruption along the way.
