Job description

Eastern Suburbs based Fintech business, require an experienced Collections officer to join their growing team & business.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to hit the ground running, put their collections experience in to play and grow with the company.

You will be responsible for full collection duties across the business ledger -  you will have full autonomy over your own workload so someone with a "go-get" attitude, ability to prioritize workload and excellent stakeholder engagement is essential.

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound collection calls | up to 60 day terms
  • Identifying potential issue accounts | resolutions | negotiation
  • Payment arrangement plans
  • Allocation of payments and receipting
  • Reconciliations
  • Building client relationships
  • Customer service
  • KPI driven


This role requires excellent customer service skills and collections experience - ability to build rapport, engage with customers and excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) is essential.

This role is being offered permanent full time with a salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + super depending on experience.
