The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced Partners, you will advise businesses and business owners across a broad range of commercial matters while enjoying significant client contact, responsibility and autonomy.
Your work is likely to include:
- Commercial contracts, drafting and negotiations
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Business and investment structuring
- Shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements
- Commercial leasing
- Intellectual property, licensing and franchising matters
- General commercial advisory and risk management

To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Admission to practice law in Victoria with 4+ years' PAE in commercial law
- Strong commercial drafting and advisory experience, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build trusted client relationships and provide practical, commercially focused advice
- A collaborative, low-ego mindset with a genuine desire to learn, contribute and grow
