What's on Offer:• Salary package of $140k - $150k incl super

The firm
This, Melbourne based, boutique law firm advises businesses and individuals across commercial law, corporate law, litigation, property, construction, insolvency and related areas. The practice is known for its practical, commercially focused approach, with an emphasis on clear communication, transparency and achieving outcomes aligned with client objectives.
The role and team
This is a newly created position working closely with a Partner on a predominantly litigation focused practice. You will be involved in a broad range of commercial disputes including shareholder and oppression claims, director duties matters, fraud allegations, insolvency and winding up proceedings, debt recovery, property disputes and building and construction matters.
Alongside the litigation work, there will be exposure to commercial law matters including business sales and purchases, security agreements and leasing.
You will manage matters with a high degree of autonomy within a small, established team that places a strong emphasis on technical quality, accuracy and client service.
To be successful, you will possess the following
• No less than 3 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Exposure to commercial law matters including business sales and purchases, security agreements and leasing
• Strong interpersonal, client management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
