The FirmI'm partnering with one of Australia's leading top-tier law firms to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer (4-6 PAE) for its highly regarded Sydney Property team.
The team advises major institutional investors, developers, property funds, government bodies and corporate clients across a diverse range of high-value property matters. Working alongside recognised leaders in the market, you'll gain exposure to sophisticated transactions while developing your career within a collaborative and high-performing team.
The Role & Team
Joining a collaborative national Property practice, you'll work across a broad range of commercial property matters while managing strong client relationships and working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use property assets.
- Preparing and negotiating commercial leasing, development and transaction documentation, as well as due diligence.
- Assisting on large-scale development projects, property investments and urban renewal initiatives.
- Advising major local and international clients across a diverse range of industries.
- Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Salary: $160,000-$200,000 incl super (depending on experience)

You will ideally have:
- 4-6 years' PAE in commercial property or real estate law gained within a reputable private practice.
- Experience advising on commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, leasing and development matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- A commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
