The firmOur client is a well established Queensland commercial law firm with capability across property, commercial and dispute resolution matters. The firm advises a diverse client base including private investors, business owners, developers, corporate entities and high net worth individuals. Continued growth has created an opportunity within its property practice.
The role and team
Working closely with experienced property partners, you will advise on a broad range of commercial property and transactional matters. The practice handles acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, property development transactions, due diligence, transaction structuring, management rights matters and commercial contracts.
You will work across a variety of industries with exposure to both advisory and transactional work. The role offers strong partner accessibility, mentoring and the opportunity to develop client relationships.

To be successful, you will possess the following
• Admitted solicitor with approximately 6+ years' post admission experience
• Strong experience across commercial property and transactional matters
• Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage matters autonomously
