Job description

The Role:

Provide efficient and effective administration services to support the Strategic Communications Team to deliver responsibilities of the Health and Safety Directorate.

You will be responsible for:

  • Administrative and ad-hoc requests to support the team
  • Manage intranet website edits in the Content Management System (CMS)
  • Transition content to new branding templates and format accordingly
  • Implementation and follow team processes
  • Maintain document accessibility requirements, document register and databases
  • Ability to follow approvals process and problem solve


Essential Requirements

Our client is looking for a process oriented, highly proactive candidate who is ready to jump into their next role immediately!

  • 1-3yrs experience in similar role (client is willing to consider working holiday visa candidates with relevant experience)
  • Knowledge and experience using Adobe In design and SQUIZ or similar (CMS)
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
