About the role:
The Community Manager will be the heart of this business’s community and will make sure members’ experiences are seamless and energising. The Community Manager will organise events, initiatives, and introductions between members to forge the vibrant and collaborative community in the space.
You will be required to:
- Take responsibility for member acquisition and retainment through localised marketing and sales activity.
- Create the community dynamic, and develop community initiatives to create connections between members
- Oversee events to ensure there is a good balance of educational, member appreciation, and lead generating/sales related events
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
About you:
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and empathy
- Capacity to operate both independently and as a team, using initiative, with self-direction to produce consistently high-quality work
- Exceptional focus on customer service standards
- Business operations and/or project management required
