About the company

Working with a local government authority based in the south eastern suburbs. Currently recruiting a capable compliance administrator / Recruitment Administrator to support their team due to growth.

You will be joining a very supportive, collaborative team who are innovative in their approach and continuously looking to do better. They are fast paced team and hence the position would suit someone who loves a challenge, working toward deadlines, multi-tasking, and a team player.

Hybrid working model, ideally 3 days on site and 2 from home.

 

Your key responsibilities include:  

  • Providing direct support and assistance to the Organisation development Team Leader and team members, ensuring the quality and timeliness of various administration processes / tasks.
  • Providing research and project support, along with routine data collection and analysis
  • Providing accurate, quality high level of service to internal and external clients, including specialist advice to clients and relevant support when regulating clients on all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Writing and posting ads on various job boards including the internal job board.
  • Conducting and following up on employment related background checking
  • Putting together letters of offer
  • Ensuring all employee data is complete, accurate and current.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and key talent/market insights to business when required.
  • Any adhoc administrative support the team require  

 

You will have the following: 

  • A background in compliance and administration
  • Strong administrative and reporting/analytical skills
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge/influence/coach stakeholders.
  • Experience with projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
