About the company 
This opportunity is for a leading Australian Property Fund company located in the South Melbourne, minutes away from the CBD. This is a temporary opportunity for 6 months initially with ongoing potential.  
   
Responsibilities  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and address queries over the phone
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly upon entry into the office building
  • Assist guests and visitors in navigating through the building and other building services
  • Proactively surveying the common area to ensure tidy condition of the building 
  • Examining the common areas of the property and bathrooms to ensure they are clean and clear from rubbish. In the event of untidy conditions found, identify to the building cleaners.
  • Identify and report any broken or damaged parts of common areas, and where anything is identified notify the building Facilities Manager.
  • Assist with catering and coffee orders
  • Manage deliveries for tenants
  • Access card programming changes
  • Management of all onsite contractors
  • Logging Ad Hoc maintenance requests through My Buildings on behalf of tenants and for issues noticed while on-site.
  • Other adhoc duties to ensure a great experience for tenants

 

Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite
  • Experience working in a concierge or busy receptionist role 
  • Must be able to work independently, be proactive and organised
  • Must be immediately available
  • Competency with IT systems
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday 12-6pm
