Job description
We are exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Cost / Management Accountant to join their finance team.This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where strong cost accounting experience is essential. You will work closely with production and senior leaders, providing insight that drives performance, efficiency, and decision-making across the business.
Key duties include:
- Preparation and analysis of product costing, variances, and margins
- Partnering with production and operations to understand cost drivers
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Providing commercial insights to support operational decision-making
- Continuous improvement of costing systems and reporting processes
