Job description

  • Contact Centre Representatives x 5 
  • Sydney CBD | Hybrid once competent   
  • $68,000 package + bonus

 

***Assessment centre on 22nd June, if successful a commencement date of 11th July*** 

 

Responsibilities:   

  • Taking inbound calls regarding application and deposit/home loan banking products 
  • Responding to all customer enquires through verbal and written communication (case management and chat) 
  • This is a service role and will not involve sales 
  • Assisting customers to navigate through banking application and promote self-serve functionality 
  • Delivering exceptional service and efficiently solving problems 
  • Being reliable and displaying effective time management 
  • Assisting in processing/back-office support as required 
  • Learning new things and be involved in change management 
  • Other adhoc duties as required 

   

You will Ideally have   

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Retail Banking contact centre and understanding of home lending   
  • Familiarity in with Genesys Pure Cloud, Dynamic CRM, Data Action and Microsoft Suite would be a bonus   
  • Flexibility to work shifts to support contact centre team operating 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Saturday, rotating roster  
  • Must be fully vaccinated
