Full-Time | 12-Month Contract
$36 per hour | Hybrid Working
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Specialist to join a leading beverage company with a strong portfolio and customer-focused approach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Inside Sales team in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
About the Role
This role offers a strong mix of customer engagement, sales support, and administration. You will work across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic portfolios, contributing directly to sales success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts via phone, email, and live chat
- Act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts
- Support sales campaigns and new product launches
- Process and manage orders using SAP, Salesforce, and internal systems
- Use reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or call centre environments (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- $36 per hour
- Full-time, 12-month contract
