Job description

I am currently recruiting for a highly experienced Customer Service Manager for a 6 month contract role in the Government Sector.
 
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills to support clients within a Mediation and dispute resolution unit. Duties within the role will include; processing manual lodgements or claims, supporting clients in dispute, handling incoming enquires both telephone, email and face to face.
 
This role will be working on 10-20 cases each day and will involve high volume data processing.

  • Quick typing abilities
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Some exposure to book-keeping activities would be a bonus

Essentials:

  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
  • Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Previous experience in working in a similar regulatory environment
