Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for a contract role in Mascot. This is a weeklong role starting at the beginning of November – 8-5:30pm. Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are welcome to apply.
 
The Role:

• Handle enquiries via telephone and email
• Processing orders
• Data entry
• General administration  

Essentials:

• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
• Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
