Job description
My FMCG global client located over many sites is looking for an experienced customer service officer to work in their distribution team on a full time basis
The hours for this position are between 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday:
Duties to include:
- Inbound & Outbound calls
- Up-selling
- Setting up of accounts
- Data entry
- Processing of orders
- Correspondence via email, telephone and fax
- Maintaining client relationships
- Handling of customer complaints
