Job description

My FMCG global client located over many sites is looking for an experienced customer service officer to work in their distribution team on a full time basis 
 
The hours for this position are between 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday: 
 
Duties to include: 

  • Inbound & Outbound calls 
  • Up-selling 
  • Setting up of accounts 
  • Data entry 
  • Processing of orders 
  • Correspondence via email, telephone and fax 
  • Maintaining client relationships 
  • Handling of customer complaints 

 
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some great experience within a reputable company.
