This is an on-site position in Hallam, working Monday to Friday.
About the Role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide customers with technical expertise
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience to encourage retention and repeat business
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
- Maintain key supplier relationships
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements
- Experience in telephone-based customer service
- Automotive industry experience
- A degree in engineering or general technical knowledge is highly desirable
