My client is looking for Customer Service Super Stars for an immediate start.
I'm looking for:
- Candidates with minimum 1 year’s customer service experience (call centre highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Right can-do attitude
- Strong email etiquette
More about the role
- Take ownership of Novated Driver phone and email enquiries to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers within team KPIs
- The timely update of AutoPak, Miles, and Information Management System (IMS) with details of actions, comments and communication as per company policy and procedure
- Ability to multi-task in a call centre environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Problem Solving
- Ability to retain a high level of technical information in order to respond accurately to complex customer enquiries including answering questions relating to Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)
- Take on additional tasks and projects as directed
- Liaise with internal departments to provide professional outcome to all customer queries
- Take ownership of personal development and customer service core competencies
