Exciting full time permanent opportunity to support a high energy and dynamic team as a Customer Service Administrator in a fun and energetic environment!  

About the company 
Opportunity to work for an organisation who provide fleet management and leasing solutions  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Providing high level administrative support to the team 

  • Receiving inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service 

  • Managing email enquiries  

  • Manage key events/tasks of the vehicle purchasing process life cycle - with all stakeholders, in accordance with policy and procedures. 

  • Following up compliance  

  • Continually review, assess and follow up overdue/outstanding orders 

  • Ensure information is always maintained accurately and up to date 


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 

  • Experience working in a busy administration or customer service role 

  • Must have a high attention to detail 

  • Must be immediately available 

  • Competency with IT systems 

  • Must have full working rights as it is a permanent role 


  • Working with upbeat, high-energy, fast paced team  

  • Ability to start immediately
