About the role 

The ePMO Clarity PPM Coordinator will champion and support delivery adherence to the governance practices required for the successful delivery of the our clients portfolio of projects.  This includes responsibility for ensuring existing Clarity workflows and processes are adopted for each project.

In this role, you will provide hands-on support to project managers and coordinators in terms of the use of the Clarity PPM tool for all project reporting and resourcing requirements. In addition, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Clarity PPM.

As the ePMO Clarity PPM Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of accounts for new users
  • Training new users for Clarity PPM requirements
  • Managing access requests and changes
  • Capacity planning and resource reporting across the portfolio flagging over/under supply
  • Forecast future resource needs based on portfolio/project plans, close liaison with the relevant managers
  • Regular follow up of resource managers to ensure resource allocations are current including SME’s
  • Championing governance processes, to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of their role in delivery and application of the governance framework
  • Ensure compliance with any applicable organisational standards and ePMO frameworks
  • Provide feedback on the Project Governance, Execution and Assurance Frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain trust, promote best practice and champion ePMO
  • Ensure all key stakeholders are provided essential portfolio information

To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience in using Clarity Project Portfolio management system
  • Demonstrated experience in resource administration for large projects and / or programs
  • Significant experience in providing governance for agile, hybrid and waterfall projects
  • Experience coordinating program activities, multiple streams and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong experience in producing reports, analysis and commentary for senior management
  • Experience in process/project implementation
  • Financial Services Industry experience will be an advantage
