An exciting opportunity in a global Financial Services business based in the heart of Sydney CBD  

We are looking for a permanent Executive Assistant to cover a 12-month contract to support the Regional Manager  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide exceptional management of a complex diary with meetings across multiple time zones  
  • Heavily on diary and email planning and management  
  • Minute Taking at Quarterly Board, Investment Committee and Audit Risk and Compliance Committee meetings each quarter ranging from an hour to four in duration   
  • Provide support to members of our Australian management committee   
  • Representing the Regional Manager and other executives   
  • Travel and accommodation bookings  
  • Liaise with other members of leadership & support to coordinate meetings, events, etc. 
  • Take minutes during meetings 
  • Support in the coordination and organisation of events 

 

To be successful in this role you will have:  

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in an Executive Team 
  • Well-developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal  
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction, determine priorities and manage workload to meet agreed timelines and objectives  
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.  
  • A can-do/dependable attitude with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
