About the role:

 

As the EA/Office Manager of this boutique property consultancy, you will be responsible for the daily office management of the office whilst also providing Executive support at C-Suite level. 

 

With the dual aspect to the role of 
 
Duties within the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Daily management of the office
  • Diary management/Email Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Minute taking when required
  • Creation of presentations and meeting agendas
  • Travel coordination when required 
  • Document preparation
  • Project coordination 
  • Facilities management 
  • HR Coordination/Onboarding 
  • CRM and database management 
  • Payroll coordination 
  • Bookkeeping 
  • Invoicing/Expenses 
  • Ordering office supplies

 

About you:

  • 5 years + in a similar EA/Office management role
  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Experienced in MS Suite, outlook, and Xero
  • Solution focused and proactive nature
  • Resilient and able to push back when required 
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively 
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions on behalf of the Executive team
