About the role
- Excellent opportunity to join a top tier consultancy and help them delivers cutting edge projects for their clients within the Financial Services sector – Senior Manager or Director level
- You will be working on strategic transformation projects and you will help them define and deliver their business and technology objectives
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist support to multi-disciplinary project teams across the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Programme Architecture, Digital Architecture and Business Architecture
- Defining transformational architecture roadmaps that align to business and technology objectives
- Lead the planning and budgeting for a portfolio of projects; mobilise and manage the project team.
- Develop and maintain contact with stakeholders (internal and external) to organise and lead engagement teams, maximise program success, expand the current program offering and enhance the quality of existing program(s)
- Participate and lead the proposal development including the pricing strategy in line with the business’ processes
- Lead the delivery strategy for the program, including a robust risk mitigation plan
- Understanding how different projects and streams on a single account interlink and how collectively support the client’s business objectives with a focus of an integrated approach to deliver a successful client outcome
- Provide professional and strategic leadership regarding best practice delivery approach, project metrics and overall project quality
- Skills
- 5 to 10+ years of architecture experience within the Financial Services sector (Banking, Insurance ,Wealth, Payment, cards, retail banking , financial crime etc )
- Ability to manage diverse and inclusive teams to deliver quality outcomes
- Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with a range of business stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive outcomes
- Excellent analytical skills for both business and technology solutions, including the ability to articulate complexity in a clear concise manner
- Previous consultancy exp is a +
The below is good to have :
- Certified in TOGAF, CTA or other relevant qualifications
- Experience with system integration and cloud services
